| Shipping And Handling Shipping And Handling We provide two delivery services: Al;l parcels are despatched within 48 hours andsent by Royal Mail First Class Post: All parcels are charged at £3.99 plus 85p for every additional item. Orders over £75 are despatch free of charge Express deliveries are sent using DHL Courier services. * All parcels are charged at £8.99 plus £1 for every additional item. Orders over £100 are despatched by courier free of charge. * where you request courier delivery please ensure, you specify a delivery address where someone can take the package, for instance your work-place or alternative drop-off like a neighbour's house or garden shed. Some larger or collectable items may be subject to an additional handling fee. European countries we ship to: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery which takes 3-4 working days but the last stage is undertaken by the local postal service. All parcels are signed for on receipt. | Delivery Schedule We aim to pick pack and despatch all parcels within 3 workings days. Courier Despatch Where a customer requests courier delivery before 12 noon, the parcel will be picked and despatched the same day. There is a further grace period upto 2 o'clock, please call Customer Services to request same day delivery upto 2pm. This service is not available at busy times. Where an order is placed after 12 noon, it will normally be despatched by courier the next working day. Saturday Delivery We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Royal Mail will deliver some parcels if you select Saturday Delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, however this is not guaranteed. There is an extra non-refundable charge of £5 for Royal Mail Special Delivery. Courier can deliver on Saturdays however there is a non-refundable extra charge of £25 for Courier Saturday delivery. | Returns Policy Returns will only be accepted from UK based customers, provided they are returned within 7 days in the original packaging. Customers in Europe and overseas, please double check sizes before ordering. Returns will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.
